FUTURELV: The Regional Plan

The Lehigh Valley Planning Commission (LVPC) has released the draft comprehensive plan for Lehigh and Northampton Counties. The public comment period is open until September 23, 2019.

The Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code states that a municipal comprehensive plan must include a statement that the plan is "generally consistent with the objectives and plans of the county comprehensive plan". FUTURELV will be the county comprehensive plan that the SWT Comprehensive Plan update will be evaluated against for consistency.
